Lynne is a passionate, commercially focused, multi-sector People professional.
Lynne established the business in 2019 with a dream of creating a better work / life balance for herself and her family; to share her HR skills with organisations she is passionate about and to ultimately make a difference.
In 2023, Lynne published her first book, The Petriarchy® and offers talks and workshops covering the topics discussed in the book such as Patriarchy, Mastery of Emotions, Needs and Behaviours, Processing Negative Emotions, Boundaries and Friendships.

Corporate & School Talks
We provide sessions on the Mastery of Emotions and Understanding Conflict in the Workplace. Each session lasts about 1 hour and can take place via video call or in person at a venue of your choice.

Restructuring / Redundancy
We specialise in the design, delivery and project management of large-scale redundancy programmes over a 30 day or 45 day consultation period. The enhanced package includes the design and management of the negotiation strategy, where needed.
We work with selected associates who deliver employee representative training, redundancy training for line managers and outplacement support to employees. This ensures the wrap around elements of the programme are in place and delivered to the highest standard.

TUPE
We provide Strategic Merger and Acquisition services allowing organisations to navigate the complexities of buying or selling a business and ensure all the people aspects are covered.

HR Mentorship
We provide Mentorship to HR Professionals. HR Mentorship is a partnership that supports professional development and can raise an individual’s confidence, improve their problem-solving abilities and develop their leadership skills.

HR Advisory Service
We provide HR advice and guidance to organisations on a pay as you go basis from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Employee Starter Pack
We provide the documents a small business will need when they start to employ people. The starter pack includes a template Contract of Employment, template Disciplinary policy, Grievance policy, Health and Safety Statement, Offer of Employment template letter and Eligibility to Work in the UK guidance.
These templates are for small businesses of up to 10 employees.

Resolution Hub
We provide an outsourced Resolution Hub for organisations enabling access to facilitators, coaches and mediators. Our objective is to, wherever possible, protect the working relationship and secure constructive and lasting outcomes.

Bespoke HR Projects
We provide Bespoke HR Projects in all aspects of HR such as transformational HR, career band delivery and the design and delivery of training.
